Training
The main approach to training involves classroom, lectures, role-play exercises, and assignment-specific training. Before deployment, all British Security employees must undertake a Basic security training course, which imparts the necessary skills to perform their duties. The individual security serviceman will be given special training from the experienced security head involved in the field. Training is given to every security serviceman as per the requirement. Only well-trained security guards are distributed to the client. We provide adequate training to our guards and service providers as we strongly believe that only well-trained and motivated service providers can meet the needs of our valued clients. The training we offer involves providing instruction and guidance.
- Basic Security training
Basic security training covers many aspects of private security for all our employees.
- Pre-deployment Training
Pre-deployment training is conducted for the guards/service providers to brief them on their roles and responsibilities and the expectations of the clients they will be serving.
- Refresher Training
We conduct refresher training for the guard at intervals every three to six months to brush up on their skills to meet their assignment requirements.
- Specialized Training
We also conduct this type of specialized security training for security providers, bouncers, and bodyguards.
